How Do You Ensure The Safety of My Dog?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at K9 Yard Clean. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.
Do I have to Sign a Contract?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal.
Can you Clean With My Dog In The Yard?
For my safety and your dogs, all pets must be kept indoors during service visits. If I’ve been introduced to your dog(s) and they are friendly, I’m happy to work with them in the yard. However, if dogs are left outside on the scheduled service day and I haven’t previously met them, and you’re not home, K9 Yard Clean will be unable to provide service. In this case, the visit will be marked as a skipped service, and the regular service fee will still apply.
Can I Request a Specific Cleanup Day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
Do You Provide Arrival Windows For Services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time.
