1. Acceptance of Terms

By using K9 Yard Clean’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Agreement

  • Services include dog waste cleanup on a scheduled basis (twice a week, weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time).
  • Customers must provide safe and accessible entry to the yard on service days.
  • If we cannot access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive dogs, or other obstructions, the service will be skipped, and charges will still apply.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • You can cancel at any time.
  • Commercial customers require a contract, with negotiable terms.

4. Payment & Fees

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Late payments (beyond 7 days) may result in service suspension.

5. Pet & Property Liability

  • For my safety and your dogs, all pets must be kept indoors during service visits.
  • If I’ve been introduced to your dog(s) and they are friendly, I’m happy to work with them in the yard. However, if dogs are left outside on the scheduled service day and I haven’t previously met them, and you’re not home, K9 Yard Clean will be unable to provide service.In this case, the visit will be marked as a skipped service, and the regular service fee will still apply.
  • We require text confirmation for aggressive dogs before each visit.
  • K9 Yard Clean is not responsible for property damage caused by pets, weather, or external factors.

6. Sanitation & Waste Disposal

  • We sanitize all tools, shoes, and buckets between each yard to prevent cross-contamination.
  • All waste is double-bagged and placed in your designated trash bin.

7. Weather & Service Interruptions

  • We operate rain or shine unless extreme weather makes it unsafe.
  • If service is delayed, we will notify you and reschedule at the earliest availability.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • K9 Yard Clean is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages related to pet waste, property hazards, or customer negligence.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe service environment.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
